Lindsay Russ passionately drives results using creativity and innovation to curate the best experiences from beginning to end. She has over 12 years of leadership development experience in entrepreneurial ventures, fintech, public and nonprofit sectors. She is skilled at operational efficiency, capacity building, strategic planning, and change management.
Her background in hospitality allows her to keep a client centered perspective with the many hats that she wears. She has earned a Bachelors in Public Relations and Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership and Certification in Instructional Design which has allowed her to seamlessly blend relationship building into the foundation of her leadership philosophy and approach when consulting with clients.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and participating in social and philanthropic events as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Sydney Echols is committed to building sustainable strategies and relationships to make a lasting impact on people and organizations. She has 10 years of experience in student engagement and is highly skilled in curriculum design, facilitation, project management, and coaching. As a professional with extensive and diverse higher education expertise, she prides herself on leading from the heart and remaining committed to community.
Sydney earned her Master’s degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs from Indiana University. She entered higher education as a result of wanting to create a positive impact in the lives of the next generation of leaders. Her students and colleagues would describe her as a servant leader and organizational guru. She believes in finding the most efficient solutions to complex problems, and using human centered design to build systems and communities that allow others to reach their full potential.
In her free time, Sydney enjoys spending time with her husband, two year old son, and pet Cockapoo as well as creating memories through events and travel.
